Issue

The BMP41 and M410 defaults to all capital letters when text is entered from the keypad, a user would like to default the printer to lower case lettering. 

Resolution
 
  1. Press FN + CLEAR.
 
  1. Use the navigational arrows to highlight Clear All. Press Enter twice. 
 
  1. Press FN +  CAPS (until the 'A' with the lock on it is not on the screen).
