IssueThe BMP41 and M410 printer will not print when I press the print key.Troubleshooting
- Open the top cover and slide the print head locking lever to the unlocked position and then back to the locked position. Once completed, press the Print key again which will result in the printer now printing the label.
- It has been found that while printing and the cutter lever is activated the printer will stop printing. There will be a message on the display that reads "Cut while printing". If this message is cleared without either cycling the cutter or unlocking/locking the print mechanism that when pressing print there will be no response from the printer.
Note: The print job was sent to the memory buffer and once the cutter is cycled or print mechanism is unlocked/locked it will automatically print the label. Should the print button be pressed multiple times the printer will print multiple labels.
