For the BMP41 and M410 press the International key in the lower right corner of the keypad. This is the key with the lower case i and the circle around it.
For the BMP51 press the Function key followed by the international key. This is located in the lower left corner of the keypad and is the key with the lower case i with the circle around it.
Scroll down in the list to the last line of symbols where you will find both the question mark and the dollar symbol. Highlight to select them and press the Enter key.
The M510 has the question mark with the M key. Press FN + M to add a question mark. The dollar sign is with the DATE button. Press FN + Date. The question mark and dollar sign are both under the international button also.
