Issue
Printing 1” high materials using the LabelMark software, when framed, are not printing with all 4 edges of the frame displayed.
Cause
The BMP41 has a total printable height of .96” while the BMP51/53 has 1.44” printable height. When printing a 1” label using the BMP51/53 the entire label can therefore be printed on since the print head is larger. On the BMP41 since the printable height isn’t a full 1” a portion of the frame is cut off. The BMP41 and BMP51/53 share the same label cartridges and part numbers and therefore use the same parts database in LabelMark.
Workaround
When placing the frame on the label to not place it to the very edge of the label. |
