Body | When installing the AA batteries into the BMP21, BMP21-PLUS and BMP21-LAB the batteries must be installed so that they all face the same way (not alternating like some electronics). It is recommended to use standard Energizer, Duracell or Rayovac alkaline batteries. The printer will not power on if ultimate lithium batteries are used.
- Note: Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries from separate manufacturers.
The BMP21-PLUS and the BMP21-LAB can also be used with a rechargeable battery pack, which can be charged externally from the machine with the AC power supply. While rechargeable batteries can be used in the machine, the AC power/charger will not charge them inside the unit.
