Body | When the BBP85 is new out-of-the-box, there are a series of foam inserts inside the printer. Most of them are connected together by a ribbon, when the ribbon is removed it takes with it all but one foam piece.
There is a larger foam piece beneath the printhead of the printer that must be removed. If this foam piece is not removed it will cause the unit to print poorly.
