Press the yellow release button on the cover and raise the printer cover.
Place the ribbon roll inserts over the yellow drive cones on the left and right sides (2).
Snap the yellow flag into the yellow memory cell (3).
Place the left side of the media roll insert over the yellow drive cone, pull toward left, then insert the end of the roll over the opposite drive cone (4).
Snap the yellow flag into the yellow memory cell (5)..
Place the leading edge of the media between the yellow media guide and black media roller (6).
Slide the yellow media guides so they fit against the media (7).
If using continuous material, bring the wiper bar forward over the media.
