Print speed is automatically set based on the type of materials installed. Reducing the print speed produces better print quality. Higher print speed can result in faint print.
The print speed settings stay in effect for all subsequent print jobs with the installed media. When you install new media, the printer automatically resets the print speed to the default setting. The print speed also resets if you reboot the printer.Adjust Print Speed
Note: If the print speed was previously adjusted and the label is not printing properly, restart the printer to reset print speed settings back to the default setting.
- With a label in the Editor, select Print.
- Select Advanced Settings in the Print Dialog box.
- Select Print Speed.
- Select the appropriate box to increase or decrease the print speed.
- Select OK.
