Issue
The printer displays the error message "Fatal Application/Application Simball" on the LCD screen of the printer.
Troubleshooting
If this error message occurs, with the printer On, remove the power cable from the machine and leave it disconnected for at least 1 minute. After allowing the machine to fully power off, reconnect the power cable and allow 1-2 minutes for the printer to reboot.
In some cases this error can also be caused by defective media. Try swapping out the ribbon and labels to determine the root cause.
