Keyboard or Keys Work Intermittently
Issue
The keys do not respond on the keyboard for the BBP31, BBP35, BBP37, BBP85 or S3700 printer.
Troubleshooting
- If you are having issues with your keyboard not working properly first check to see if one or more of the keys are stuck. Identify any keys stuck in the down position and repress to unstick.
- Clean out the keyboard with compressed air. If there are a group of keys that do not work there may be a connection issue that will require service: Requesting a Repair Authorization for a Brady Benchtop Printer.
Important: The BBP30, BBP31 and BBP33 printers are no longer repaired or supported: Obsolete Brady Printers - No longer supported or repaired.
- Connect a standard USB keyboard to one of the two ports on the right side of the printer to type any letters that are not working.
