The firmware upgrade utility offered on BradyID.com requires the BBP30 to be connected. In some situations connecting the printer to a PC is not possible or permitted. This procedure will bypass the need for the BBP30 to be connected to the PC, and also does not require the user to access the menu options on the BBP30.
1. Download the attached firmware file.
2. See the attached video for steps to extract the firmware folders to the root of your USB drive. This method has been tested and confirmed working.
