The Diagnostics Tool has different settings for the BBP12 printer:
- Calibration
- Network Configuration
- System Settings
- Advanced Configuration
- File Manager
- Bitmap Font Manager
- Command Tool
Important: All over troubleshooting steps should be completed before resetting the printer to factory defaults.
- Download the Diagnostics Tool: BBP11 and BBP12 - Diagnostic Tool Download.
- Click the System Settings tab.
- Click Factory Defaults.
- The printer will restart and the light will flash from green to red.
