Adhesive bleed is when the adhesive of the label oozes outside of the die-cut label. This issue can occur when the material is exposed to hot or humid conditions for an extended period. Material age can also be a contributing factor.
- Most Brady materials are rated for a 2 year shelf life
- B-427 material is rated for a 1 year shelf life

If you have adhesive bleeding or labels sticking on Die Cut Material as the pictures below show and no Error message associated with this issue on your printer LCD screen, contact Global Brady Technical Support and provide the part and lot number of the material.
This is not a printer/hardware problem and sending printer for repair would not resolve this issue.
