Body | Issue The Wrong Supply message displays when you have a different part installed than what is on the label file or the printer is not reading the part installed as displayed in the image below. Resolution Either change the label part to match what is on the screen or update the label file with the different label part. Refer to Wraptor A6500 - Material Guide for more information. If there is no part listed next to Supply, the printer is not reading the smart cell. Verify the label roll is installed correctly and there are labels left on the roll. Contact Global Brady Technical Support if the error persists. |
