CAUSE
The installed ribbon is narrower than the installed media
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Replace the ribbon cartridge with wider ribbon.
-or-
Replace the media with a width that matches the ribbon.
This error cannot be overridden. It is done to protect the print head - the most expensive part of the printer which heats up pixels to transfer ink from ribbon to labels or tape. Exposed abel material (not covered by ribbon) rubs against the print head and can damage pixels. That can lead to straight lines of no ink (voids) in same area on every print job.
